    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am Subhrajit Samal, a UGC JRF awardee for the year 2024. I have registered for the Ph.D. program in the Department of Economics at Utkal University on 5th February 2025. Following this, I registered on the Scholarship and Fellowship Management Portal (SFMP) – Canara Bank, to initiate the activation process for my JRF fellowship.

    Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the activation email sent by the SFMP portal. It is likely that the email was automatically deleted due to insufficient storage space in my registered email inbox

    It’s showing “Your connection is not private” and “Attackers might be trying to steal your information from scholarship.canarabank.in”. What should we do? Is it OK to give security permissions.

    The scholar’s corner shows that the security certificate has expired on 26 jan 2026 and showing net::err_cert_date_invalid. Please solve this problem soon.

    I am Anil Kumar,a research scholar of English from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly (U.P.).
    I made my jrf convert into Srf in January 2026. When I loggedin this portal to check my status, it would reject and told me again same process.
    I changed my password again but it failed.You are requested to solve my problem as soon as possible.

    the website does not work on any safe platform and always shows risk. it is not even working at all any where. How does the scholarship.canarabank expect the scholars to upload there forms or do any edits. this is very frustrating and annoying. Why no one is taking responsibility to check and rectify this issue?

    Reference email dated 11-02-2026 kindly activate the user ID Canara UGC WebPortal and create new maker ID in place of old due to transferred under the NFST scheme. Also requested to create checker if needed and maker ID under the NFPwD scheme. The emails for both the schemes has already been sent to all the concerned.

    I am unable to login to the scholars corner. its showing that the password is incorrect. When I tried to reset password, it showed that student id is wrong. Does anyone face the same issue.
